This exclusive and personalised 1-1 Breathwork and Love Path Mapping session is designed to help you reconnect back to your body, and your heart through conscious breathing. I will gently guide you release tension, and calm your nervous system to allow your energy to flow freely. This gentle yet powerful journey will reconnect you to your heart—the center of your emotional DNA. The breathwork techniques that are designed to connect you to your emotional energy center. 

The heart is the most magnificent organ you have. Everything that you are as a person is stored in your heart: all your desires, longings, dreams, hopes, fears and emotional history. It is all there in your heart. When you are in touch with your emotional energy center, you feel alive, vibrant and in the flow of life. And when this happens, you are truely in your power and essince as a human-being. 

Love Path Mapping is where we uncover the hidden patterns shaping your experience of love—often the ones you didn’t even know were there.
Together, we gently explore how you’ve learned to give, receive, and protect yourself in love, and how those patterns may be keeping you stuck or holding you back.

  • Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a cozy sweater to stay warm and relaxed.
  • Arrive early: Give yourself a few moments to park, use the restroom, settle into the space, and find a comfortable spot so you can arrive fully present.

Warning – Breathwork Is Not Recommended If You:

  • have heart problems
  • take blood-thinning medication
  • have epilepsy or similar conditions

If your nervous system is under significant stress, or if you experience severe anxiety, deep breathing exercises may in some cases intensify symptoms. If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact me before the session so we can assess together whether it is the right fit for you at this time.
